I am a law student and have lived in this building for three years. This building is incredibly quiet and well-maintained and the management is very friendly and helpful. It is close to downtown, med school and SU. While the immediate surrounding area isn't the best, the building itself is very secure and I have not had any problems during the time I have lived there. The building is largely med students, law students and the elderly.
