Convenient location, but has problems.

Madison Towers is a 5-10 minute walk from the hospitals and downtown, making the location its prime feature. It's great for students who need a room and don't have a car. Unfortunately, the one-bedroom apartments are small, the windows are always dirty, and since the hot water is very hot and the cold water has little pressure, showers aren't much fun. Rent has gone up twice in the two years I've lived there. Adequate first apartment when moving to Syracuse from far away.
