When youa re late they houd nad hunt you down like wild animals and they leave nasty messages on your voicemail and call you white trash.. -they are not willing to work with anyone.. they do not paint keep up the property woo-hoo new screens and garage door out of three years.. when you speak with the foreign witch she calls you name and demeans you like a vulture. How can you treat soemone like that. she is not loyal and when you make arrangemnts she goes back on her word and she hunts you down... we pay dearly for this shabby place. its not all that great...

Well I am a Tenant at Newbury Apartments and I haven't had any problems with the management or maintenace people. Whenever I had a problem, they would come and take care of it. I was late once in my payments, and they would call me and work out an arrangement for the rent. I could understand your point because you probably haven't paid your rent for months and got evicted out. And since I have lived here for 2 years, I haven't seen garages available for tenants- you must of made a mistake! I think that my Landlord is in business to rent apartments and I doubt that they would call you a witch-- I would have to stand up for my Landlord and tell everyone that Newbury is a nice place to live and they are very professional!
