It has been a joy living here the past year. I am in grad school at S.U. and the location is only about a mile from school. The maintenance crew and property managers have all been very nice to me. I have never paid my rent late once. The rent is very affordable and it includes heat and hot water which is a huuuuge expense out here in Syracuse. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting to live in a newer complex (I think the complex was built about 6 years ago) in a nice area very close to school.
