What first attracted me to these apartments is the beautiful landscape, the spacious apartments, and the quiet neighbourhod. For these qualities, the complex deserves an A . However, living in Syracuse you have to take into account the weather. The location of the complex on top of a hill made drving to and from work in the winter a little nerve-racking. Also, to get to these apartments, you invariably have to drive through some "not-so-nice" neighbourhoods.
The onsite maintenance is great, although they should do a better job of plowing the snow in the winter considering the relatively higher rent than usual. The pool is nice, but the fitness facilities they have are pathetic. You can enjoy the tennis courts, although I may have preferred if there were a basketball court.
All in all, I have loved living here. Spring time and Autumn are spectacular since you can really enjoy the lake, wide-open grass fields, and the large array of trees. Those almost made me forget about the 4-6 months of heave snow that ruin the experience...but not quite.
