apt. is nice, very large, neighbors are quiet, never see them.
office staff is helpful but do not try to go beyond the basics.
I guess it depends as to which cluster your building is in. My apt. is very comfortable and parking and noise is no problem.
just make sure your rent check is in before the first of the month!!!

since first writing this a whole year has slid by, yes i renewed my lease, yes the rent went up, but when yiou look at other apts., so close together, sooo noisey, weedy and unkept, this is better. true the office staff sucks, they can't believe you would complain of anything. they even give the impression that maybe you would be happier if they evected you. so be careful!
