I Recomend University Hill Apartments

These apartments are large and a great deal for the money; I rented a two bedroom flat for the same price that the other univ. area landlords charge for a bedroom in a house with 5 other people that you never met before! You must walk a bit further, but who really cares about a block or two' Repairs and management is great, & check out thei rental DISCOUNTS! Warning, the apartments are not furnished; they come with fridge, stove, & dishwasher.
