Most affordable units on the hill;if you like to save money, this is the place! I figure I saved $10,000 over three years! My home was a convenient 15 minute walk; sometimes difficult for early morning winter classes. But, compared to the other companies, these units are 50% less! I stayed 3 years; most people stay 2-3 years. One problem, there are car breakins all over the neighborhood; nothing the landlord can do. I had no repair/breakdowns in three years; so I can not report on landlord repairs.
