Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Large modern recently remodelled flat; new appliances and great carpet. A pleasure to do business with this company. Everything was as promised; no surprises. A very professional company. Three complaints, car breakins, 15 minute walk to campus in the winter, and coin op washers that break down often. A small dispute over the security deposit return; quickly explained & resolved by management. Highly Recomend!
