My lease term ends this June; After almost one year at this apartment on the hill, I have to say my experience with this landlord was great. Repairs were done timely and professionally. Management was accessible and very fair on all issues. Rent was the best, almost half of what the other large landlords charge. Snow removal this past winter was poor. This company also, gives discounts for early payment of rent. I highly recommend this landlord to you and all my friends.I have to stress, this is the only landlord I ever rented from that returns phone calls & emails.Their office is very convenient on Westcott St. If you ever have a problem you can actually deal with a person and not a tape machine. I am graduating & leaving Syracuse or I would renew my lease.
