I can personally tell you to avoid any landlord in Syracuse that does not have a real office that is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with real service call people! I did and regretted my absentee landlord when I couldn't reach him everytime the heat went off. I finally broke my lease & moved into this company's well maintained 2 bedroom flat. I actually pay less rent and get 24 hour service on the few repairs that I have needed. Ipay rent of $450/month & there is a $15 discount for early payment! If you can find a fulltime landlord company in the SU area, for $435 w/ the discount, then you probably looking at a University Hill apartment! Oh, the utes were $80/month on a 12 month basis, I kept the heat at 65 degrees.
