These people are absolutely unbelievable. Talk about incapable management.
Let's start with their promises vs their delivery. They promise you a well-built, well-kept, affordable apartment and deliver none of it. Their apartments are much more expensive than any other landlords in troy. Their 'refurbished' apartments were built by dudes they hired off of the street who knew nothing about construction. Their maintenance crew is rude and unprofessional, also hired off the street. Management pretends to be friendly, but doesn't deliver! I just moved out this year.
Campus Habitat used to be known as Troy Student Housing. They were banned from advertising on Union property because of their shady history: http://www.poly.rpiscrews.us/index.php3'IssueID=191
I'm telling you, they're NOT worth the headaches and frustration. Rent from a local landlord, not one of these corporations that don't care about you!
