This community has gone downhill in a big way. When I moved into my apartment, it was a nice place for my children and I after my divorce. Unfortunately, since that time they have lost the understanding of what it means to keep people in the complex. They do a very poor job of maintenance, when they do it at all. I have had open maintenance issues for more than 1 1/2 years and whenever I call they tell me that there is nothing they can do as they don't have the staff. They have stopped cleaning the common areas in the apartments. The largest issue in the complex is that they do not care about doing anything for people once they move in. You pay your rent and get less and less every month for what you pay. It's a sad state of affairs when management is only there to take your money.
