When I moved in about 2 years ago, the place was great. The ample lawns were mowed and the apartments were maintained. If there was a problem, someone came to fix it within a few days, depending on the severity of the situation. Unfortunatly, it has gotten very bad, very quickly. The common areas are not cleaned, ever. The apartments are not maintained. When you make a call for maintenance, you are told "we don't have anyone to do it" and it is left at that. The lawns are not mowed. The parking and driveways are not plowed. Salt is not spread until later in the day. The office has stopped receiving packages because it is "too much work" to sign for them. The front door of my building has nearly fallen off twice. It has not been fixed yet. And, despite all of this, the rent has been increased the maximum amount at every opportunity.
