I have lived at country gardens for over 2 years and the apartment complex mamangement has always been very accomodating. I have been given a lot of flexibility in my lease (I was allowed to move to another apt in complex no prob, and have discussed an early termination to my lease on this new appartment with no fuss) I have found that my requests for maintenance have been responded to quickly. My guess is that in general most tenants have been very pleased with their time here based on only two bad reviews. There are a lot of apartments here, I am guessing that only the few who have had bad experiences have taken the time to seek out a forum in which to complain. My rent is more than I would like to pay but hey, I'm cheap! I haven't been able to find what I have for less. Central air, clean building, clean grounds, modern appliances. My one complaint would be the parking situation, while there is plenty you are required to have passes for your car and any guests. If you forget you are very likely to get towed and i have found the towing company to be very un-helpfull. Other than that If you are looking for a clean apartment with little hassle and lease flexibility (provided you communicate you intentions well in advance with complex management) I would recommend Country Gardens highly.
