I have lived at Country Gardens for the last 12 years. Since the new management took over 6 years ago I have seen nothing but improvement! I couldn't help but laugh when I read the review about common areas not being clean...they have a cleaning crew of five women who arrive here like clockwork each and every tuesday to scrub floors,wash doors,vaccuum carpet,dust railings,clean washers and dryers,wash windows on main entrance doors and anything else that needs to be done in the common areas. As for repairs...never once have I waited more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be handled with the utmost professionalism.As for snow removal...the sidewalks at my building are always cleared by 6 in the morning...and the plows come thru around the same time...the only problem I see with plowing is the people who refuse to move their cars so the plows can do their job! I love my apartment here and I have only great things to say about the staff here. If God lets me stay on this earth another 12 years I will be right here at Country Gardens!
