When my girlfriend and I moved here from Texas last year, we were quite impressed when we saw this place for the first time. Cathy and the staff have always taken great care of us and the VERY FEW maintainence problems we have had. The apartments are quiet and well maintained, and the surrounding areas are beautiful. True, some of the neighbors we could live without, but we feel very secure here. We look forward to staying here as long as we're in NY.
