The management is always available to help with any problem and is prompt to return calls if you leave an after hours message. I have never waited more than a day for any maintenance issue to be resolved. The grounds have been recently landscaped and they are well kept. They have a crew that comes by every week to maintain the building common areas and during the winter the walks are always salted. I have had a really good experience at Country Gardens.
