I enjoyed all of my time at Country Gardens. From the time I moved in, when the office staff stayed late to meet me when I arrived in Troy, to the time I moved out and they helped me arrange my move, I encountered nothing but an extremely polite and professional staff. The apartments are well-kept and updates are made as needed. The one maintenance issue I had was handled in 45 minutes and was not recurring. The grounds are beautiful, safe, and the parking lots are plowed and salted appropriately. The maintenance staff is wonderful, the office staff is great, and I would certainly recommend this complex to anyone moving to the Capital District!
