This apartment was my first upscale apartment. I thought living in the best apartments they had to offer would be perfect. The apartments are beautiful and the location is perfect and set back. Unfortunately there are many ongoing problems. For the duration of living here (nearly a year) one of the 2 dryers has not worked and now one of the 2 washing machines not working either. Myself and a couple others complained. Nothing happened. I shouldn't have to complain twice. Maybe they forgot to fix it. But you better not forget to let any visitor you have for 5 minutes or more get a parking pass. Otherwise guess who's getting towed. And not to a place in Troy but another city.. Albany. So you better remember otherwise you or your loved one will be paying $150.00. This has happened to several guests and to my roommates also, who purchased new cars. Some Change needs to take place.
