Not so much...

It was the cheapest but decent looking, that's why I moved there.
There are a lot of negatives for people to consider, and I wish I had known these...
I lived in a one bedroom, below a family of four in a one bedroom. I feel it is inappropriate to allow a family this large to inhabit such a small space. I felt badly for them, but the kids would jump onto the floor literally all night.
Maintenence requests are ignored. I would call with a simple question and get no response, but the typical excuse that they never got my voicemail. When I took a bath, the tenant below me knew it, because water poured down her walls.
People sleep in the "gym". It was creepy.
After living there a year, I got a third notice to renew my lease. I never received a first or second notice, and had 3 days to either agree to a rent increase or find new housing.
The office sometimes signed for packages. It was very difficult to pick them up as the office seems to be open when it is convenient for Cathy, not regular business hours. It was frequently closed for hours midday.
I moved out and left the place in pristine condition. She witheld my ENTIRE security deposit. Good thing I took pictures. No accounting was provided as to why any portion of it was kept. She claimed the carpets needed to be steamed, which was a lie, and my photos proved it. I highly recommend you photograph the place before you vacate.
Oh, my apartment was also entered frequently without my consent and not for valid reasons.
I was a very good tenant, always paid my rent on the first of every month in full, and I felt that I was treated pretty badly overall.
