Personally, this complex is not so good. The parking lots are not well lit, and the buildings have no security. The Laundry rooms eat yer quarters, and the rent is too high even for troy. During my time here, my hot water tank leaked all over, and my friend's car was towed after being out in the lot for 2 hours. They towed it not to just another city but another county'! He had a vistor pass on the dash board too. Cost me $135 to get it from the impound place. I also never had a smoke detector... which is required by NYS, and the fixtures in each bedroom have open wires showing in the ceilings.
