Leaving the next chance I get

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have read many of the comments made and at elast nwo I don't feel alone. I would never recommend any one move into Country Gardens. When I frist moved in the 2001 it seemed wonerful. The apartment is very large and ours seemed to be in good condition. But as things started to need work it seemed that the maintenance crew was no where to be found. The only way to get work done was to call everyday and ask if it was ever going to get done. Then if we we lucky month later some one might show up.
Besides slow maintenance our neighbors are another problem. After a year of quiet we had a very large family movein below us and now all we hear is rock music 24 hours a day! On the off chance it is turned off we hear the kids and parents screaming. They're probably going deaf from listening to their music so loud. And I would feel horrible for the people who live below them except for the fact that their lease ends before ours so they get to leave sooner.
Lastly, if you happen to move into this nightmare, make sure you get a place with new windows. The old ones are horribly drafty and if you have electric heat your bill will be enormous.
My advice to anyone whois looking is to stear clear of this complex. It's gonig down hill as may have stated. And the people who have never had a problem should consider themselves very lucky.
