If you're considering renting a unit from this complex, please continue to look other places. The only perk to these apartments are they are spacious. And that's it. Don't be fooled by the office manager who tells you that the maintenance staff is fast and reliable, that the apartments are quality built and quiet, and that parking is safe. These apartments are nothing of the sort. First of all, the parking is not safe. There are places for perpetrators to hide in the bushes, and every year cars are broken into and even stolen off the lot.

Consider your self lucky if the maintenance staff shows up, and although they're nice guys, when they do finally show, they will do the bare minimum to fix any problem. If you ever need information from the office get use to the response..."The owner isn't in today, and I don't know when he'll be in. But when I do see him I'll ask him for you." Don't expect a call back, ever.

The noise between each apartment is ridiculous. Make sure if you do move in to get a top floor because if you don't you could have a family of 6 living above you, and believe me, that is no fun. And for those of you who do have kids, your neighbors will complain. Not because they are child-haters, but only because every time they run across the floor it seems like the sound is amplified in the apartment below.

On top of all of this is rent is increasing. Of course when I called to find out how much before I renewed my lease I was given the typical response of the "the owners not in, and I don't know when he'll be in..." And of course I never got a call back. So I found a bigger place with laundry in the unit, and less noise for less rent. One last piece of food for thought before moving in here, I know people is four other units on this complex, and all four are moving out when they?re lease ends. None of them are staying over a year. I hope this information helps you, or at least prepares you for what may happen if you move in here.
