It is truly a shame that venues like this are used to disgrace a really wonderful place. I find it almost humorous that people who bad mouth the place are usually those who are being evicted for non-payment of rent or some other really horrendous violation of their leases. Since I was the "Cathy" mentioned in many of these emails I pretty much know who the people are...even though they themselves could not bother to put their names and signed it "annonymous" ..interesting. Although I no longer work there, which obviously will make many people extatic from the sounds of some of these emails...I can tell you this....the owners have always taken great pride in their property and if you took the time to drive by there you would see that this was indeed the truth. While I worked there for 8 years I too took great pride in Country Gardens and great pride in the people who lived there. Over the years there have been thousands of people who have lived at Country Gardens and the majority were obviously satisfied because if you knew the truth...many residents have lived there since day one! While still others have lived there 8,9,10 years plus...so the owners and the management staff must have done somthing right, otherwise these people surly would have left long ago. My suggestion to all of you is to take everything you read with a grain of salt and realize that these types of sites are usually used by people to vent and to exaggerate....I figure there are 26 or so reviews(not including mine)and out of several thousand tenants over the course of 14plus years you should maybe wonder why the other thousand people did not take the time or the energy to vent on this site...perhaps because they were actually enjoying their lives at Country Gardens and could not be bothered wasting their time. The tenants at Country Gardens were truly a joy to work with and I miss them very much....if you were to move in, I am certain you would make friends very quickly...many of them life long friends...I know I certainly have and I value them grately.
