I moved out in June and after reading these last 11 reviews, I have to tell you that the owner, manager and/or employees must have found this website and are hoping the rest of you are as gullable as I was. Solid ratings of 5.0'' What are they smoking... and can I have some' Unless you have to live in "Troilet" or you're a poor college student like me, you can do better than this place.
I drove through the property today and it still looks like public housing with a few flowers and shrubs thrown in to distract you from the dumpsters. I'll give them points on available parking. Country setting' The only decent landscaping surrounds the rental office, of course. No shade trees to keep your apt and car from baking under the sun and there's an industrial park with trucks across the street. The offers of interior upgrades won't improve the thin walls and floors. You can't fault most of the neighbors but you'll be sleeping on their schedules.
Did I mention the pretty flowers'
Squeaking floors come no-charge. You can play dueling floor boards with your up/down neighbors. The apts are poorly insulated and have both electric and gas heaters. Add summertime A/C in a hot 2nd or 3rd flr apt and your talking high utility bills. The buildings mix apt sizes so if you're single or a couple who likes it quiet then be ready to hear the neighbors. It is a shame that someone will tell lies that other people will read. I am a resident here and I tell you that the trun around on this property has been great. Everone here that I talk to feels the same I do. This person must have an axe to grind. I live here and I love it please keep up the good work.

I live there and must move, new upstairs neighbors noisy, i hear EVERYTHING they say and do. Management is nice sometimes but never gets anything done. Ups and downs considered, I am so outta there end of August. peace
