Great place for noisy college students.

Thin floor, ceiling and walls will make you wish you paid more somewhere else. You better pray tenants upstairs arent morning people or get up at 5 am for work. Drafty windows with storms closed. Poor insulation and high utility bill. Cheap apliances and cabinet. No kitchen or bath exhaust to outside. Carpet should have been replaced. Terrible paint job with hairs stuck on walls. Shoddy repairs. Late snow removal. Some inconsiderate niegbors with loud car stereo and muffler. Overpriced. I found lower rents in pvt apts in and around Troy incl heat/hot water. Check Troy Record online or CraigsList.com. You can thank me later.
