Where do I start' It typically takes three calls to the office to get something done around here. There have been four managers of the property in two years. The turnover seems high among maintenance staff. Mid 2004 there were several thefts to vehicles. A motorcycle got keyed out and several other car windows were busted and electronics were stolen. There are several buildings that do not have new windows, ours is one of them. We have been told for three years that they would be installed "soon". Meanwhile ever Winter we staple plastic over them to keep them airtight. They are not very selective in the people that live here. We have had several neighbors that are here for two months or less. In the Winter, the plowing and shoveling job is not very good. Last year it was after 9 am before they would get some of the walkways cleared. Sometimes later which does not help if you are leaving for work before 8am and have to walk through the snow in dress shoes while carrying a baby. They are not good about cleaning up spills in the hallways. A neighbor recently spilt used cat liter all over the hallway and noone came to clean it...They waited for the cleaning people that come once a week to do it. (I made at least two calls to the office so they were fully aware). The washers cost $1.50 and the quarters often get stuck and you have to bang on it...they are only $1.25 in the office's building. The dryers cost $1.25, however, they only run for about 45 minutes so your things are still wet when they come out. I use drying racks now. I could add more but I'm sure you get the point that I will be leaving this year as soon as the lease is up cause it's not worth it anymore.

I forgot one more thing...YOU HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS DO including crying babies, music, television, loud talking, etc.
