The parking is good...unless it snows, and then it takes forever for snow to be removed. Not that you want to park there anyway, after we've had several car breakins in the fall. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! The rooms are quite drafty in the winter. Maintenence is ok, however, the people who work in the office constantly change and they are very disorganized...not to mention rude. I recieved a notification that my lease was up 7 months into my lease, asking if i would be leaving by new years eve and saying that the rent would be going up by $100, the letter also stated that a response was due by the next day! When I called the office to make sure that this was indeed a mistake, the guy was incredibley rude and condescending! He told me to pretend it never happened. A few months later I recieved notification that my rent check was never recieved....even after the money had already left my bank account! Like i said, these guys are very disorganized! It's their job to keep track of rent checks! I had to provide them with a copy of the cashed check in order for them to realize that they had again made a mistake....but good luck getting them to admitt theyve made a mistake!!! I will be very happy to move out.
