It takes DAYS for snow to be plowed and when they do....it's a horrible job. They seriously need to hire someone to shovel the sidewalks. This place is poorly managed and you do NOT want to call the office for any reason because you will be made the bother. I always pay the day before rent is due and one month I got letters stating I had not paid the month before even though it was clearly written on my check which building and apartment I lived in. The owner eventually came knocking on my door and demanded the canceled check. The walls are paper thin. You will hear everything your neighbor does. My windows are currently plasticed over so that the cold air does not come in the windows (if you do not get an apartment with newer windows then you have a breeze coming through). The dryers do not dry the clothes and only run for about 45 min. So basically it's a waste of money to try to dry your clothes. There are many potholes in the driveways and roads. When they try to patch them, they are not done correctly so as to have the same potholes a month or two later with more chunks of gravel to drive around. At times the sidewalks are extremely icy. I am guessing someone called and complained because the next day there was literally an inch of salt piles on the sidewalk. It looked like revenge and was a complete mess for everyone to walk through. Because of the two feet of snow last night....I cannot leave until they decide to plow. VERY inconvenient!!! Seriously do not move and save yourself the hassle.
