Very high turn around on apartment managers. In my 2 years, I've seen 3 managers. They didn't credit my rent once & contacted me twice about it, although they had already cashed the check & I'd given them a printout of the cleared check. They've been "painting" my building for over 4 months. They gave less than a 24-hour notice when changing locks (found a note on my door this morning they were changing the locks). They came into the apartment yesterday without my permission to paint the exterior door. The short apartment manager (is that his position'') is the weirdest guy you'll ever meet. He parks about 10 feet from the curb, drives 15 mph, stares at you if you're within eyesight, and generally is a goof up. When I first moved in, my shower rod was too short to stay up without falling (it was a tension rod). Their fix was to take a cardboard toilet tissue roll I'd discarded in the bathroom trash, fold it up, and hold the rod in place. My roommate and I moved to another building in the complex after being here for 2 months, as we had very noisy upstairs neighbors and the management would do nothing about it. I'm probably leaving a lot out since I've been here for 2 years and am aggrevated everyday by these bastards.
