I know 4 people in this complex, 3 out of 4 have had their cars broke into. Talking to the manager about installing camaras, I recieved an eye roll and an story about how it is not the complex's job to take care of security, but the local police. Talk about disrepecting your clints. We've also had a mouse problem, it took them 3 days to get us traps, they didn't have any in stock, meaning no one wanted to run out to the store and buy some, which we ended up doing anyway. We live on the first floor, half of the windows do not have screens, they've known about it since we moved in, done nothing. The walls are so thin, you can hear conversations, alarms, ringing phones, etc. Sometimes it feels like the ceiling is going to cave in on you when people are walking on it. The snow plowing is awful. I leave for work at 7am and most times its either not plowed at all or they've done a half ass one time run through. Sidewalks are not shoveled until way later in the day. Washer dryers are broke half the time. We cannot wait for our lease to expire so we can move out!
