Just so everyone knows, these apartments are actually very nice inside, I'll give them that. But here's the deal..
About 1 week ago I viewed a nice two bedroom apartment here. Very nice looking place. I was very interested, so I went home and read some reviews and called a friend that live there for a year.
Almost every review of this complex is very bad, for various reasons. My girlfriend expressed our concerns about the bad reviews on this site with the Management. So, two days ago (the 23rd) we get a message from the Management saying they'd like to talk about the apartment we viewed. It just so happens that the same day (23rd), someone posted a rave 5 star review.... Wow, you must think the world is deaf, dumb and blind, Country Gardens.
What you should've done is talked with me about the issues discussed in these reviews, and told me how they've been rectified. Instead, you assumed I was a moron and posted a fake review the same day you knew my concerns. Basically, I was sold on a two bedroom in your complex until two days ago when you tried to pull the wool over my eyes.... Just think, you could of had a tenant who is actually responsible, with a good job. Honesty is best people, come on...
