I sure wished I found this website before. I have found that at first, they are very nice, After they get your money, forget it. Everything is a big joke. I am an older woman living alone. When I complain, the managers talk to me like I'm a moron. That so called secretary tried to talk down to me, but I set her straight. I could go on ,but I'll end it now.
