fair, but overpriced for square footage

The Ardsley was beautiful place ina nothing town. The management may have changed but at the time the manager was loud and volitale. They lived on site so any apartment noise came from them. The owner was less than professinal. I found him to be sneaky and untrustworthy. He would sometimes make inappropriate comments to the tentants. I never recieved a security deposit back after leaving it in above average condition. It was nice but very small for the amount of sqare footage.

We were there from 2005-2007 and found it a sophisticated living
situatiion. As far as the management goes, first rate.
We would recommend it very strongly.
