After moving out I had to call CYC 3 times a week for 2 months to get my security check back, had to give them my new mailing address every time and still went to the office to pick up the check. Gary and Eddie in maintenance were great! Anything we needed fixed was done within a day :) Not only dealing with the boat we had the opportunity to hear pretty much anything our neighbors had to say. We lived off the courtyard and anytime there was a party going on with one of the neighbors who didn't live off the courtyard we got dirty looks and rude comments. Washer and dryers were there but hardly ever worked and ate quarters on a regular basis.
