I am now editing my previous review.
Before (pre-Judge Development time) I loved living here.
It was beautiful with the flowers done by Dorothy and the other tenants like myself but since Judge Development took over the building it has been nothing but hastles.
My husband and I can't wait to leave.
The extremely high heat bills due to the 80 year old rotted out wooden windows that do not shut all the way or the other ones that are screwed shut from the exterior (thats probably against firecode).
The parking situation is insane.
The 'lottery' system is unfair to the tenants that lived here for years.
Letters have been written and absolutely no responces from management have been received.
They are raising the rents at the end of lease terms at time up to $300.
As is it a wonderful location, it needs a complete overhaul including owners.
