Their office staff and parking problems are a joke. New office staff every 6 months. Can't seem to screen out inconsiderate students and tenants who are noisy, cops who smash their sports cars into buildings until they burn whole units down, and juvenile delinquents who have guns.

Units are over-priced because they look good and are new. Maintenance staff often has to come back 3x to fix basic problems. some units have frequent roof leaks from ice buildup on roofs.

There hasn't been new manager in three years. How would you suggest we screen out drunk cops? With a question, are you going to smash your car into a building and burn it down? Some units have roof leaks?, how many units do you rent? More than one?

Wow, I was considering living in River's Edge, but the management's petulant, aggressive responses to the negative reviews have totally turned me off. They protest too much!
