The apartment construction is terrible. During winter time, I can even feel cold wind leaking in from my closet. The management staff is terrible and have attitude problem. They don't clean the snow well which caused me a minor accident. Even tho, it look nice, but its really poorly constructed and poor management, especially its overpriced.

This tenant not only lived here for multiple years but transferred from a three bedroom to a two bedroom. If it is as bad as they say, why did they live here so long?

Wow, I was considering living in River's Edge, but the management's petulant, aggressive responses to the negative reviews have totally turned me off. They protest too much!

The manager who is old woman has horrible attitude toward tenants. She thinks she is a queen. She does not know how to treat people who live there. They dont live there for free. I hope she gets fired. But they have clean house and have good maintenance.
