I will be moving to Albany next month. So, this past week I and my wife went on a house hunting trip and the following review is based solely on our tour experience.

The place had a great appearance and location. Compex was well-maintained but the staff was most unfriendly. I had called in 2 days in advance to make an appointment to view a 2BR apartment but on arrival we were informed that none was available. So, instead we ended up seeing a 3BR just to get a feel for the place. Apartment we saw was clean and appeared to be of above average quality. One major drawback was that even though it had had laundry hook ups, washer-dryer cannot be rented from management and the only coin-laundry was within the office area.

Over all: 3 out of 5! FYI, I have also reviewed a few other apartments in Albany area that we had visted.
