It all looks good form the outside. and the rent includes heat and hot water.. If you don't mind fighting them to turn the heat and hot water up enough.. also don't ask for repairs if something goes wrong in your apartment they will do them half ass..

The heat is on at 70 degrees which is pretty good considering I grew up with winter temps in the house at 65 Degrees...my apt was always toasty at 70. They got a new repair man too after I Moved in...I agree the original one sucked...he said he fixed stuff when he didn't even come into my apt...but the new one stays on top of stuff and fixes in a timely fashion.
