the parking is an absolute nightmare.

they need to landscape. they need to hire more maintenence people. there are only 2 guys to cover everything.

they leave threatening letters in mailboxes, when all the issues seem to be their problems and not the residents.

there are also very nosey old people around who watch everything you do, so good luck having a few friends over. these old people will actually watch where they park and yell at them. and then they will call the office which is actually no help at all because the office doesnt do anything but lease to more and more people. that is their main concern. more money.

is you wonder where all your money goes, your not alone. it should go to parking issues, landscaping, including sidewalks, and the flooded basements. instead it goes to some rich guy in NJ or so i hear...

if you are looking to move in here, believe me all it is is a stress mess. if i was warned, i would seriously consider looking somewhere else. its not worth forking up the $700 every month. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

i totally agree. i lived here for a year then had to leave. they dont do anything. and you get penalized for issues that are mostly out of you control ie; the parking. where do they expect you to park at 9PM! the cementary! i always parked next door in the other apartments and it was an ongoing battle with chris, but i won. they need to get rid of some of those hadicapped spots. they do not get used. i lived there in 2002. it took me 6 months to get my sec deposit back..and it wasnt full due to a small rip in the carpet. for all i had to deal with, i should have gotten back double what i put down.............
