I have lived here for a year and have had absolutely no problems. After being a homeowner for over 30 years I am quite happy with the response time I receive from the main office. I'm wondering if the other reviewers were just expecting too much from a rental complex. I've had no problem with hot water or heat or excessive noise. My neighbors have been very nice and keep to themselves so I have no privacy issues. But, if you are courteous to those around you chances are they will be courteous back. Must admit the sidewalks are in need of some repair but understand that the relatively new owners are addressing other issues first. As far as smells are concerned, that will be found in every complex with common entrances..not everyone cooks like mom. Overall, I am quite pleased with my move here and plan on staying. I not only would recommend it to others but already have.

OK we all know ratings who respond to the office staff are from just that!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!! Who clearly do not like their jobs and always seem annoyed to have to deal with residents or prospects. I am sure if your owner shopped you and saw how you treated prospects you would be fired!!!
