I have lived here since August '06 and cant wait until my lease is up. I moved here because I needed a appartment on short notice as I was relocating for work. I pay $605 a month for a one bedroom, which sounds good, but not once you are here. The bedroom and living room are a decent size for the money, but I have a tiny bathroom and no kitchen, and I mean no kitchen. There is no counter space at all, zero. Not a whole lot of closet space either. Heat and hot water are included, when they work. I froze all winter and had to buy a bunch of space heaters because the heat never worked and my complaints to the manager were never answered. I have hot water on and off, more often off than on. The carpet was not in great condition and neither was the paint on the walls. It is now April and I am still waiting for the window screens to be fixed. The air conditioners in the appartment do not work either and they have no intention of fixing them. And recently, my car, along with 4 others,were broken into, the management did not seem to really care that much and no security was added. I would not stay here past my lease if they gave me the appartment for free.
