The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are adequate. I love the pool and the view of the countryside. The rent is a little expensive. If you have noisy neighbors, it is really inconvienient. Sometimes I think they should put more thought into who they allow live here and better policy on and stricter enforcement of quiet hours.
