This is my second year here and I highly recommend it. I looked at at least half a dozen apartment complexes in the area including various locations in the Albany area and this one is the best value. The staff is friendly and they are quick to remove snow and make repairs. I especially like how safe it feels with motion lighting in the parking lot, well lit doorways, door buzzer for guests and multiple keyed entryways... not that it is necessary, since it's off the beaten path and not located in downtown Troy, but rather on a back road closer to the farms in Brunswick. Its location is quick to highways and shops, yet feels like a small suburb. I'm very happy with this complex.
