Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
No hot water in the morning, toilet always get stucked for no reason, unknown water came out of nowhere in the bathroom (loud too!), spiders, and more bugs.
Contacted mgmt office for leaving notice, they put me liable for the next 120 days! I explained and they said they would call me in a day but no response; and it's not the first time.

Not worth it.
