I took a tour of the apartment and was advised that it was not finished. The apartment was to be painted and steam cleaned. The apartment was not painted, holes in the walls were just spackeled. I was advised by managment that utilites were included and all I had to pay was the electric. She failed to mention that everything is electric, so all they are paying for is water. When anyone uses the washing machine water backs up into the dishwasher. The walls are so thin that if you are in the bathroom you can hear the upstairs neighbor peeing. Did I mention the bugs' Spiders, ants and some weird huge bug that I can't identify. Last but not least mold. Ive had to throw out pillows, blankets, clothes, shoes and expensive Dooney pocketbooks. Save yourself the headache and expense and dont even consider Troy Gardens.
