Bad Experiance with Apartment manager

I stayed there for 2 1/2 yrs.I vacated at the end of my lease but still she did not want to pay my deposit back.How many times i call them they takes my phone number but no reply.Manager so irresponsible and the wirst manager i have ever scene.I don't recommend these because of the manger.She tells you one thing and she does other.Better avoid these if she is still working there. I personally don't trust the opinion of a person who can't even spell "worst" and "seen", but that's just me.
