My husband and I signed a 6 month lease and we thought the apartments were nice. We rented a two bedroom apartment. The apartments are relatively new with modern appliances etc...so I think that is why nothing really went wrong. The only problem I had was with the refrigerator and the maintenance personnel took care of it that same day. There was a very loud thumping noise whenever our upstairs neighbors used their kitchen sink and that was quite annoying but I never complained to maintenance about it so I shouldn't complain. I agree that the manager is a little weird but I cant complain too much. I cannot comment on the noise level too much because I lived in a corner unit and we had a very quiet single neighbor. Warning: this apartment does the blue-light test for pet stains when you move out.
